Abstract

This research was conducted to examine the effect of effectiveness of application accounting information system, organizational citizenship behavior, compensation and leadership style on employee performance disclosure on employee of Hotel Novotel and Hotel Ibis Styles Solo in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample in this research 190 respondents. The data used is primary taken by purposive sampling method. The analysis used is the research is multiple linier regression analysis. The results showed that effectiveness of application accounting information system and leadership style has significantly influence on employee performance, while organizational citizenship behavior and compensation has no significantly influence on employee performance.
