Abstract
This study aims to describe the relationship between the learning environment and learning achievement, the relationship between the completeness of learning resources and learning achievement, the relationship between the use of learning time and learning achievement, and the relationship between the learning environment, the completeness of learning resources and the use of learning time with learning achievement. This is a quantitative study with a census design. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire given to class XII students of SMK Muhammadiyah Watukelir in the 2020/2021 academic year. A total of 82 students. The prerequisite analysis used the normality test, linearity test and multicollinearity test. The analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis, t test, F test, coefficient of determination (R2), Effective Contribution (SE) and Relative Contribution (SR). The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the learning environment on student achievement in accounting subjects, there was a positive and significant influence between the completeness of learning resources on student achievement in accounting subjects and there was a positive and significant influence between the use of study time on Student achievement in accounting subjects. There is a positive and significant influence between the learning environment, the completeness of learning resources and the use of learning time simultaneously on student achievement in accounting subjects.
