Abstract
This research aims to find out is there relationship between self-esteem and telkomsel customer satisfaction in Solo. The data collection techniques in this research use self-esteem scale and consumer satisfaction scale. Population in this research is use 50 Telkomsel consumers samples with age range 20-45 years old and use the Accidental Sampling. The data analysis technique used is the product moment. The result of the study is that there is no relationship between the self-esteem and the satisfaction of Telkomsel consumers. The percentage of self-esteem to consumer satisfaction of 0.4% and the remaining 99.6% is influenced by other factors.
