Abstract

This development research intends to 1) develop instructional materials based on the inductive approach on the subject of equations and quadratic functions, 2) determine the feasibility of instructional materials based on the inductive approach on the subject of equations and quadratic functions. The research method used is the research and development (R&D) method with ADDIE research model which consists of five stages, namely Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Validity and feasibility tests are needed for material experts as well as media experts, and students' responses. The product produced in this study is in the form of Student Worksheet Based on Inductive Approaches in the Subjects of Class XI equations and quadratic functions. Teaching material is developed based on the inductive learning approach from specific problems to general problems, and includes questions that can improve 4C skills. This teaching material is valid because the results of obtaining the validation of the material expert reach a score of 3.4. The practicality assessment results were stated to be very valid because they reached a score of 3.3. The limited trial learner response poll reached a score of 3.6 said to be very valid. Overall assessment concluded that the teaching materials based on the inductive approach on the subject of equations and quadratic functions are appropriate for use when learning mathematics in class XI and able to improve 4C skills.
