Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the planning, implementation and quality of service business services between goods on a micro scale in Purwodadi. This type of research is qualitative grounded theory or basic theory. The research subjects are management managers, drivers and service customers between goods in Purwodadi. The object of the research is the service business management system between goods on a micro scale in Purwodadi. Data collection techniques used include: interviews, observation and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the results of planning have been implemented regarding (1) Market needs for products or services to be marketed, (2) Preparing marketing strategies and of course important aspects of marketing, (3) Studying about existing similar competitors , (4) Manage flow management in various ways. From the results of the implementation, it has been implemented regarding (1) Good and quality organizational structure, (2) Overcoming obstacles in the business implementation process, (3) Welfare of the people. And the results of service quality have implemented five dimensions, (1) Tangible (2) Reliability (3) Responsiveness (4) Assurance (5) Emphaty.
