Abstract
This Study aims 1) Describe the strategy who was applied by accounting expertise’s teacher in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar when soft skill integrating. 2) Describe the resistance who was faced by accounting expertise’s teacher in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Karanganyar when soft skill integrating on learning. 3) Describe the methods who was taken by accounting expertise’s teacher to resolve the resistances was founded when soft skill integrating. The kind of this research in qualitative with Ethnography design. Data collection technique were used interview, observation, and documentation with interviewees. Data validity technique were used triangulation. Data analysis technique were used interactive analysis and use the steps reduction data, display data and conclusion drawing or verification. Research result indicate that : 1) The strategies that had been used when soft skill integrating majority using discovery learning, in generally soft skill had been integrating on RPP. 2) There are some resistance when soft skill integrating, some students have difficulty thinking, lack off the self confidence, student’s personality who was standing out in negativity and lack off the learning online support for students. 3) The effort who was used to resolve that resistance is giving the guidance, motivation, boosting on student’s soft skill, giving real example for students, giving the facilities for students on organization, extracurricular and giving the theory and support learning.
