Abstract
This study aims to determine the implementation of information technology, education, training, compensation and its impact on employee productivity. This study uses a qualitative research method, namely the literature method, where this method is by collecting data with journals, books, and various other types of writing related to the title raised. The analysis in this research is content analysis, after being analyzed from previous research there are results that information technology, education, training and compensation have a positive effect and can be implemented properly on employee work productivity.
