Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline, motivation, and organizational commitment on employee performance of weaving unit 2 PT. Dan Liris Sukoharjo. The sample of this research uses 75 employees. The sampling method uses probability sampling and the data used are primary data in the form of a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with several variables, they are work discipline, motivation, organizational commitment, and employee performance. The results of this research is that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
