Abstract

Abstract This research aims to examine and determine the effect of Motivation, Compensation, and Leadership Style on Employee Loyalty at PT. Linard Power Contractor in Jakarta. In this study using a population of 49 employees through a questionnaire with saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the t test shows that motivation and compensation have no effect on employee loyalty while the leadership style is influential and significant on employee loyalty. While through the F Test shows the simultaneous influence between the variables of motivation, compensation and leadership style on employee loyalty. And the last is Determination Test (R2) which shows that Motivation, Compensation and Leadership Style has an limited contribution in explaining Employee Loyalry and the rest is explained by other variables outside the model.
