Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Driver Performance at PT Gojek Solo. This research uses quantitative research. This research method uses Convenience Sampling, Convenience Sampling is sampling based on the availability of elements and the ease of getting it. Samples are taken / selected because the samples are in the right place and time. The sampling method is the sampling technique using the formula from Slovin so that the number of samples used in this study were 98 GOJEK Solo members. Based on the results of research conducted it can be seen that compensation has no significant effect on performance, job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance, work stress has a significant effect on performance. Compensation, job satisfaction and job stress can affect the performance of Gojek Solo drivers
