Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational safety and health, work discipline, loyalty to the work productivity of employees preparing for the Garment Division of PT. And Indonesian Lyrical. The samples used in this study were 90 employees who worked in the preparation of the Garment Division of PT. And Lyrical Indonesia by using a questionnaire to collect data. The sampling technique is Convinience Sampling, which is based on the availability of elements and the ease of getting them. Data analysis techniques using the validity and reliability test, the classic assumption test using the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis testing using t test, F test, coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that occupational safety and health variables have a significant effect on employee work productivity, work discipline variables have a significant effect on employee work productivity, loyalty variable has a significant effect on employee work productivity.
