Abstract

The commitment employees to be the key to improving the quality of work and organizational goals, with the high commitment on employees, organization or company expect that employees could be more loyal to organization. The purpose of research is to know the correlation between work ethos and work environtment of commitment organization, to know the level of work ethos and work environtment of commitment organization and to know the contribution of work ethos, work environtment and commitment organization. The subject of research is employees of PT Vinsa Mandira Utama sewing division of 102 people aged between 18 years until 30 years .The methodology used is correlational quantitative. the sample collection technique to research is Total Sampling. The instrument used is the scale of the commitment of the organization , the scale of their work ethos and scale of the work environment. Analysis data used correlation kendall . The hypothesis in this research there was a correlation between work ethosand work environtment of commitment organization .On the basis of the correlation kendall. Based on from the results of the correlation kendall , the correlation between with the work ethic and commitment organization deemed not to a significant relation exists .The correlation between work environment and commitment organization deemed not to a significant relation exists. The correlation between a work ethos with the work environment otherwise had a significant relationship. The result is commitment organzation have empirical (RE) 41,31 and hypothetic (RH) 37,5 which means variable organization commitment, as high categorized. Work ethos have (RE) 80,14 and hypothetic ( RH ) 60, which means variable as high categorized. The work environment have empirical (RE) 48,31 and hypothetic (RH) 37,5 which means variable organization commitment as high categorized. From empirical and hypothetic, work ethos , work environment and commitment organization have a high category .Contributions effective work ethos and commitment organization of 0,02 % while contributions effective work environment and commitment organozation 0,25 % .
