Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of organizational justice on organizational membership behavior. This research was conducted using a questionnaire method. The population in this study were all staff and employees at SMP Negeri 2 Trucuk Klaten. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Analysis of the data used is descriptive, simple linear regression analysis, and T test. From this study it can be concluded that organizational justice has a positive and significant effect on organizational membership behavior. Based on the limitations and weaknesses in this study, it can be given suggestions that can be considered for further research, namely: 1. In future studies it is better to use a larger sample in order to provide a more concrete picture of organizational justice. 2. In future research it is better to look for other variables besides organizational justice. 3. A qualitative approach is needed to strengthen the conclusions because research instruments are susceptible to respondents' perceptions that do not reflect the actual situation.
