Abstract
The study aims to: 1) Describe the implementation of natural school culture for the strengthening of religious and disciplinary character; 2) describing the evaluation of natural school culture to strengthen religious character and discipline; 3) Describe what constraints experienced in implementing natural school culture to strengthen religious character and discipline. The type of research used in this study is qualitative Desian ethnography . Data collection techniques with interviews, observations, and documentation. The research speaker is the teacher and principal. Technical analysis of data using interactive analysis models. While the validity of data legality data using the resources and techniques triangluation. The results showed 1) implementation of natural school culture to strengthen religious character and discipline is: conducting habituation activities, learning activities, activities once a week, carrying out extracurricular activities. 2) Evaluation Implementation of natural school culture to strengthen the religious character and discipline of the school to conduct assessment of the program while the teacher conducts daily assessment. 3) Constraints implementation of natural school culture for character reinforcement From the school's lack of continuous coordination to the teachers. Teachers lack creativity in natural-based learning.
