Abstract
The aim of this research is to analysis about leadership style, competence, integrity, motivation and working discipline to employee performance on PD. BKK Karanganyar. This research use descriptivequantitative research type with method of purposivesampling,with amount of sample 38 employees as respondents. The analysis technique in this research is multiple linier regression analysis. The result of this research shows that leadership style and working discipline do not affect to employee performance, while competence, integrity and motivation affect to employee performance. The simultaneously show there is leadership style, competence, integrity, motivation and working discipline affect to employee performance. Result of the examination coefficient of determinacy (R2)indicating they are leadership style, competence, integrity, motivation and working discipline can explain variability the employee performance.
