Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational commitment and work stress on employee performance in the office of the Directorate General of Highways BPJN Region VII. This study uses primary data by distributing questionnaires to employees. The method used in this study is a quantitative method, where the data used is primary data. The sample used was 70 people with random sampling techniques. The analytical tool used in this study is to test data instruments (validity and reability), classic assumption tests (normality test, multicolinerity and heteroscedasticity), and multiple linear regression test (t test, F test and R2 test). The results of this study are organizational commitment positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work stress has a negative and significant effect on employee performance.
