Abstract
The creative industry sector contributed Rp. 1.105 trillion in Indonesian Gross Dosage Products (GDP) as of November 2018. Sentra Batik Laweyan is one of the roles in the creative industry. As part of the creative industry, batik designs and batik products it is possible to continue to develop to be able to compete more competitively and get added value. Consumer satisfaction is one of the ways to increase added value. This study aims to determine how satisfaction is felt for customers, by calculating the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), it is known that laweyan batik cloth has a CSI value of 77.15% which means that the customer is satisfied but still not optimally. The results of the research using the IPA-Kano integration produce batik cloth stitches, good and long-lasting color quality, ease of maintenance, complete product information, product warranty, discounted prices, and environmentally friendly packaging. The results of the study using Quality Function Deployment (QFD) also provide the first priority that should be done by entrepreneurs, specifically using quality materials with normalized contributions 16.31%.
