Abstract
This study will analyze supply chains performers in carrot vegetables in the Tawangmangu. Supply chain performance analysis in this study uses the SCOR method. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The technique carried out in this research is performance measurement using a metric system consisting of 3 levels, level 1, level 2, level 3.This study shows that after level 1 mapping it is known that metrics that have values below the median value of the vegetable industry after the benchmark process are POF and COGS metrics with values of 52% and 48% respectively.Level 2 mapping shows POF metrics in each supply chain process which shows the lowest value is in the Source process of 56%.Level 3 mapping shows evaluations and solutions to the performance of the Source process because it has the lowest POF value with Fishbone Diagram.
