Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: 1) The style of leadership of the principal on teacher job satisfaction. 2) Support work relations for teacher job satisfaction. 3) The leadership style of the principal and the support of coworkers on the job satisfaction of teachers of Surakarta Private Vocational Schools. This research is a type of research using a quantitative approach and the analysis used is statistical analysis. The population in this study is 40 Accounting Economics Teachers in Surakarta Private Vocational Schools. Data collection techniques using questionnaire techniques. Previous questionnaires were tested and tested for validity and reliability testing. Data analysis techniques used were multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, R2 test, and relative contribution and effective contribution. Based on the results of the t-test analysis, it was found that tcount for the Principal Leadership Style variable was 2,243 and coworker support was 2,843 while the ttable was 2,052, so Ho was rejected so that there was a significant influence between the principal's leadership style and support work relations to the accounting economics teacher job satisfaction individual. The results of the F test analysis obtained Fcount = 15.251> Ftable = 3.354, then Ho was rejected so that together there was a significant influence on the Principal Leadership Style and Support work relations on the Job Satisfaction of Accounting Economics Teachers.
