Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is influence of compensation, training, environment, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT. Pamor Spinning Mills. The methodology used in this research is regression with t test, f test and R2 test. This type of research used is quantitative research and use primary data obtained from hail spreading questionnaire. Population and sample in this research is employees of PT. Pamor Spinning Mills. Based on the results of the study showed a significant compensation effect on employee performance, there is a significant effect of training on employee performance, there are significant environmental influences on employee performance, there is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, there is joint influence of compensation, , environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance.
