Abstract

Analysis of this research about analyzing product quality, price, and service quality To customer satisfaction. The study was conducted at Tengkleng Food Stall and Sate Mbak Diah Solobaru. Samples taken in the study were 100 consumers who have been to Warung Makan Tengkleng and Sate Mbak Diah Solobaru. Analytical methods used are multiple linear regression analysis, istrumen test and classical assumption test. Based on the results of the analysis found it can be explained that both partially product quality and service quality have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. While the price has a positive and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. In the model formed variable of product quality, price and service quality able to explain consumer satisfaction variable equal to 53,2% and the rest 46,8% still influenced by other variable.
