Abstract
The purpose of this research is to know: (1) The influence of cooperative teaching-learning model type Jigsaw and Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS) toward mathematics study result; (2) The influence of students’ being active in studying toward mathematics study result; (3) Interraction between teaching-learning model and the students’ being active in studying toward mathematics study result. This research was done in Junior High School 3 Sawit Boyolali on Grade VII , Second semester 2017/2018. The type of this reserch was quasy experimental quantitative. Sampling technique used was cluster random sampling and technique of collecting data was done by questionnaire, test, and documentation method. The technique of data analysis used two ways variation with different cell. The reserach result achieved with significance 5% were: (1) There was the influence of cooperative teaching-learning model type Jigsaw and Two Stay Two Stray (TSTS); (2) There was the influence of students’ being active in studying toward mathematics study result. Students with high learning activeness categories have better learning outcomes than students with moderate and low liveliness categories. While the students with the category of liveliness learning is having the same learning outcomes or no difference compared to students with low activity category; (3) There was no interraction between teaching-learning model and students’ being active in studying toward mathematics study result.
