Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence, entrepreneurship personality, entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship education, family environment. The population and sample used in this research is the student population of faculty of business economics class of 2014. The number of samples used as many as 105 students consisting of accounting students as much as 35, 35 management students and 35 development students. Hypothesis testing in this study using tools statistical analysis with SPSS program which includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the motivation of entrepreneurship, and the family environment has no effect on entrepreneur interest. And there is the influence of entrepreneurship personality, and entrepreneurship education to entrepreneurship interest. The result of determination coefficient test (R2) shows that entrepreneurship personality, entrepreneurship motivation, entrepreneurship education, and family environment are able to explain the variability of entrepreneur interest at 32.2% and the model has passed the classical assumption test.
