Abstract

This study aims to know the implementation of individual counseling with behavioral techniques in dealing with undisciplined behavior in grade V students at SDN 02 Tambakbaya. This research is case study with descriptive qualitative approach. Subjects that become the source of research Headmaster, Classroom Teachers, and 3 students class V. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study used the types of source triangulation and technical triangulation. Data analysis techniques can be done with data collection techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. Based on the results of data analysis can be obtained conclusion that is, as follows: (1) forms of undisciplined behavior of students in school. There are 3 students who are not disciplined with the form of indiscipline such as not doing the task and ditching (2) factors causing undisciplined behavior, factors caused by the family, the environment and school (3) the implementation of individual counseling with behavioral techniques in addressing the behavior of undisciplined students differ- in this study using contract therapy behavior, home work, and aversi therapy in the counseling process. With individual counseling with behavioral techniques can solve student problems related to student discipline.
