Abstract

This research has four objectives to describe: 1) capacity building planning through One Roof system in improving education quality, 2) organizing capacity building through One Roof system in improving quality, 3) the implementation of capacity building through the One Roof system in improving the quality of education and 4) evaluating capacity building through the One Roof system in improving the quality of education in SMP Negeri 4 Satu Atap Tengaran. The type of this research is qualitative research with ethnography design. Data collection technique is done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using Milles and Huberman analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the capacity building management study in a one-stop system for improving the quality of education (Case studies in state-owned 4 one-roofed houses) concluded that (1) planning is done by developing the capacity of the organizational structure, looking at the school's financial capacity, planning infrastructure and planning resources (2) organizing is done by the process of coordination, procedure and mechanism of work and resources involved in capacity building; (3) implementation is done by organizational structure, procurement of school facilities, training or improving the quality of human resources (teacher) good teaching learning and achieving students and (4) evaluation is done by evaluating the achievement of the initial goals, the performance of educators and the education for the last school obligations to achieve educational standards.
