Abstract

Training is very important given to the cadre ofintegrated service post. The training participation can increase knowledge, motivation, and liveliness of the cadres. The participation of ofintegrated service post cadres in Jatisrono I community health center is still low in 2017 as many as 60 cadres coming from 275 cadres. High motivation of cadres can increase the participation of ofintegrated service post cadre training. This aim study to determine the relationship between knowledge and motivation of cadres with participation in training integrated service post cadres. The type of research was observational with cross sectional approach. The population in this research was all ofintegrated service post cadres in community health center of Jatisrono I work area that is 275 people. Data were taken using proportional random sampling technique of 146 samples. The results of this study indicated that there is a correlation between knowledge with participation in posyandu cadre training (p value 0,000), cadre motivation with participation in training (p value 0,000). The conclusion of this research is the correlation between knowledge and motivation of cadre with participation in training of integrated service post cadre at the community health center of Jatisrono I Wonogiri Regency 2017.
