Abstract
ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the contribution or influence of the principal's supervision on the preparation of learning plans by teachers. This type of research is quantitative research with action research design. Data collection techniques used were observations, questionnaires and documentations. The instrument of data collection is done by instrument preparation, validity test, and reliability test. Technique of data collecting is done by normality test, linearity test, partial test, and hypothesis test. The results showed that the principal's supervision had an effect on the preparation of lesson planning by the teachers. From the results of linear regression analysis that has been done is known the value of R Square or coefficient terminated (CT) is 60.9%, which can be interpreted that the principal supervision variable (X) has the influence of 60.9% contribution to the variable preparation of learning planning by Teachers (Y) and 39.1% are influenced by other factors outside the principal's supervision variable (X).
