Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of service quality, location, layout of goods and price to customer satisfaction at Luwes Boyolali supermarket. The sample in this study used 100 respondents taken by accidental sampling. Methods Data analysis in this study by using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that partially the quality of service, location, layout of goods, price, positive influence on customer satisfaction.
