Abstract
Low Back Pain (LBP) is a pain that is felt in lower back and this diseases is often expenrienced in developed or developing countries. Service quality has several factors that affect patient satisfaction such as reliability factor, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and physical evidence. This research aims to know the relation between service quality to low back pain patient satisfaction in akupuncture clinic of Ortopedic Prof. DR. R Soeharso Surakarta Hospital. Research method is quantitative with cross sectional study design. Sample of study amounted to 47 respondents. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire. Univariate and bivariate analysis by chi-square test with significant level p<0,05. The results of research with a univariate test, states that patients with good value of relibility factor get as many as 28 respondents (59,6%), responsiveness 34 respondents (72,3%), assurance 34 respondents (72,3%), empathy 41 respondents (87,2%), physical evidence 36 respondents (76,6%) and who get satisfaction with as much bad value are 13 respondents (27,7%). There are relationship between reliability factor p-value (0,001), responsiveness p-value (0,003), assurance p-value (0,003), empathy p-value (0,004), physical evidence p-value (0,001) to low back pain patient satisfaction in akupunkture clinic of Ortopedi Prof. DR. R. Soeharso Surakarta Hospital.
