Abstract

Classroom management is an essential aspect to attain the successfulness of teaching learning process. The goal of study revealed the rule and procedure and discipline and consequences of student in the classroom at MAN Sukoharjo. The first main research question is rule and procedure. The finding shows that the step of rule and procedure are namely ;1) the formulation, selection and introduction and using rule and procedure; 2) the beginning and ending period day ; 3) The material consist of printed material and un printed material, whereas the equipment include soft and hard equipment; 4) Work group applied divided into row style, cluster style and round table style. The second major question of study is the student’s discipline and consequences in English Teaching Learning Process. There are teacher reaction, tangible reward and direct cost of secondary level. Departing to the finding, discussion and implication, the writer suggested to candidate teacher, teacher, future researcher and institution to enlarge the aspect of classroom management well and diversely in order the achievement, behavior and attitude of student can encourage their competence especially in English teaching learning process.
