Abstract
Education Inclusion is the development of paradigm that requires education services to meet the needs of all learners without distinguishing physical condition, mental or religion. A teacher must master the four competencies that include competence, the competence of personality pedagogy, professional competence and social competence. PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge) is knowledge that must be understood by a teacher. The ability of CK biology teacher SMA Negeri Surakarta assessed is still very low. The of PCK is a must be have a teacher who teaches the children in need special education inclusion discussed in this study. This research aims to know the ability of PCK (Pedagogical Content Knowledge) the IPA Teacher teaching children in need of special class VII junior high school in Surakarta arranging the lesson plan 2017/2018. The sampling technique is purposive sampling that take three lesson plan from each teacher. Based on the research that's been done, the ability of the IPA Teacher PCK teaching children in need of special class VII junior high school in Surakarta is included in the category of 42.6% less well.
