Abstract
This study examines the style of leadership, work environment and compensation in PT. INDO CANDI PLAST Karanganyar. The purpose of this research is to examine and know (1) the influence of Leadership Style on Employee Performance (2) the influence of Motivation on Employee Performance (3) Influence of Compensation on Employee Performance (4) influence of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Compensation simultaneously to Employee Performance. The sample of this research is 100 employees through questionnaire with random sampling sampling technique. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis, F test, R square and t test. The result of t test analysis shows the partial influence between Leadership Style on Employee Performance, Motivation to Employee Performance and Compensation to Employee Performance. while F test shows the influence of simultaneously variable of Leadership Style, Motivation, and Compensation to Employee Performance.
