Abstract
In following the work activities of employees will not be separated from loyalty and work attitude, so that the employee will always run the job well. Employees feel a deep sense of pleasure towards what they do. The main source of employee loyalty to an organization derived from their emotional attachment to the organization (Lee et al, 2015). Subjects in this study were employees of PT. Arminareka Perdana which amounted to 50 employees. In this study using Population Study techniques because the number of subjects of PT. Arminareka Perdana, in Surakarta is limited so it is not possible to take samples. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be known that the organizational culture has an effect on job loyalty, with effective contribution of 17.9%, which is obtained from squaring the correlation coefficient (r) value of 0.417, thus obtained (r2) of 0.179. Then the number is multiplied 100% so it is known that the effective contribution of organizational culture to work loyalty is 17.9% which means there are 82.1% factors other than organizational culture affecting work loyalty that is: length of employee work in company with various characteristic like Employee personalities and experiences that are in the inside of the company.
