Abstract
Teacher as one of component in learning plays an important role to create a learning process such that students can understand the learning well. A teacher must master the four competencies covering includes pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. TPACK (Technologycal Paedagogical and Content Knowledge) is the knowledge that must be understood by a teacher. This study is descriptive qualitative research to determine the ability of TPACK (Technologycal Paedagogical and Content Knowledge) science teacher SMP Muhammdiyah all Surakarta in the preparation of the RPP of plant study academic year 2016/2017. Sampling was done by random sampling by taking 3 RPP IPA VII class from each school. Ability CK of Science Teacher Muhammadiyah Surakarta enough (46%), PK enough (48,489%), PCK enough (75,8%), TK good (71,9%), TCK poor good (13,6%), TPK poor good (4,7%). Therefore ability TPACK of Science Teacher Muhammadiyah Junior High School in Surakarta on Plant Study arranging the Lesson Plan Academic Year 2016/2017 including enough (41,96%)
