Abstract

This Research aims to identify and empirically examine (1) the influence of leadership style on employee performance (2) the influence of motivation on employee performance (3) effect of work experience on employee performance (4) influence of leadership style, motivation and work experience simultaneously on employee performance. The sample used in this research is 100 employees of PT. Top and Top Apparel through questionnaires with random sampling sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are multiple regression analysis, F test, and t test. The result of t test analysis shows the partial influence between leadership style on employee performance, motivation on employee performance and work experience on employee performance. While the F test data shows the influence of simultaneously variable of leadership style, motivation, and work experience on employee performance.
