Abstract
The Covid 19 virus is a this virus first appeared in Wuhan, China at the end of 2019, the spread of this virus was so fast that almost the whole world was affected, including Indonesia. In 2020, this virus began to enter Indonesia, causing almost all affected sectors, including social and economic, to experience quite a large impact, such as in Blora Regency, specifically in Blora District and Jiken District. This research aims to analyze the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the socio-economic conditions of traders in traditional markets in Blora District and Jiken District, analyze the forms of adaptation of traders and buyers during the Covid-19 pandemic in traditional markets in Blora District and Jiken District, analyze traders' survival strategies during the pandemic. Covid 19 in traditional markets in Blora District and Jigen District. The method used is a survey method and secondary data collection, the sampling method for traders uses stratified random sampling of 115 samples and the buyer sample uses accidental sampling of 80 samples. The data collection method was carried out using a questionnaire, the data analysis method used comparative descriptive analysis, ecological analysis (Human Behavior Environment Analysis) and spatial analysis. The results of this research are that the social impact that occurred was a change in the interaction of traders and buyers, this was due to the implementation of lockdown by the government, causing the interaction of traders and buyers to change. The economic impact for traders is a decrease in the number of buyers and income, this occurs because of government policies that limit population mobility during the pandemic so that people's visits to traditional markets decreased from 6 to 13 per day . Apart from that, during the pandemic, people prioritize primary needs first compared to secondary needs. . The adaptation of traders in both traditional markets during the pandemic to maintain their business was carried out by managing trading capital, frequency of merchandise, price of goods, marketing. Meanwhile, buyers' adaptation strategies in the two traditional markets during the Covid-19 pandemic include shopping at traditional markets for less time and shopping according to their needs. The survival strategy of traders in both traditional markets during the pandemic to maintain their business is done by managing the assets they already have, including active strategies, passive strategies and network strategies.
