Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the implementation of the MBKM program to improve student soft skills, obstacles to the implementation of MBKM to improve student soft skills, and efforts made in overcoming obstacles to the implementation of MBKM to improve student soft skills. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study research design. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. In data analysis using an interactive analysis model consisting of 4 parts: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the MBKM program can improve student soft skills which include public speaking, problem solving, leadership and teamwork. Internal constraints: determination of course conversion, and limited learning process on campus. In addition, external constraints: Internet network, and less conducive activities carried out at the elementary school level. Efforts to overcome internal obstacles include: conducting Standard Operating Procedures (POB) in My MBKM, and hybried learning. While efforts to overcome external obstacles: Students independently buy Provider cards, and students apply creative and innovative learning.
