Abstract

Adequate facilities and infrastructure will reflect the quality of education so that educational goals can be successfully achieved. With complete sports and health facilities, making it easier to deliver teaching materials. Learners can experience directly the facilities and infrastructure that are in accordance with the standards of the material being taught, learning will be more subjective than abstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the availability of PJOK learning equipment at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta in 2023. In this study, a mixed quantitative and qualitative research method was used. This aims to optimize the number of existing facilities and infrastructure for the needs of learners. Documents, observations, and interviews were used to collect data. The survey tool uses instruments related to the availability of sports and health infrastructure. Data analysis in this study includes quantitative data in the form of calculating the number of sports infrastructure. From the results of the recapitulation for athletic branch facilities, a percentage of 51% was in the quite ideal category, for the games branch, a percentage of 71% was in the ideal category, for rhythmic activity branches, 28% were in the less ideal category, the martial arts branch was obtained (67%) in the ideal category , for UKS obtaining a percentage of 87% in the very ideal category. The results of the study show the availability of facilities and infrastructure at Muhammadiyah 1 Surakarta Middle School, showing that the average percentage of 61% is in the ideal category as a support for learning activities.
