Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of service quality on student satisfaction. The survey was conducted on 70 students. The data analysis technique used is SPSS software. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of the Z generation of students. Methods of data analysis using classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The independent variables used in this study are tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, while the dependent variable is student satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy variables have a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction.
