Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at the Larissa Aesthatic Kartasura Beauty Clinic. The method used in this research in quantitative method. The population and sample of this study were customers who had made purchases at the Larissa Aesthatic Kartasura Beauty Clinic, in this study the number of respondents was 100 respondenst. Source of data used is primary data. The measurement scale used in this study as 5 Likerts scale. Data analysis using SPSS 23. The results showed that the Product quality variable had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. And the result of the t test with a significance value of 0,046 < 0,05. And the Service Quality variable has a positive and significant effect on Costimer Satisfaction. And the result of the t test with a significance value of 0,026 < 0,05.
