Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of the effectiveness of electronic word of mouth, brand ambassadors and Discounts on the level of sales of MS Glow products. The population of this research is the people of Surakarta and the sample in this study is 200 respondents. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire and processed using the SPSS analysis tool. The results showed that electronic word of mouth, brand ambassadors, discounts had a significant effect on the level of sales of Ms Glow's products.
