Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, punishment and reward on employee performance at Moewardi Hospital in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era. The sample in this study amounted to 44 respondents using a questionnaire for data collection. Sampling technique with non-probability sampling method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that : 1) motivation has a significant influence on employee performance, 2) punishment reward does not have a significant effect on employee performance.
