Abstract
His research aims to explain the effect of compensation and organizational culture on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable in CV. Solo Space. The data collection method uses a questionnaire distributed directly by the respondents. Data analysis using SEM with SmartPLS. The test results in this study indicate that compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Compensation has a negative and significant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as the intervening variable. Organizational culture has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with job satisfaction as the intervening variable.
