Abstract

This study aims to see the relationship between Learning Facilities and Self-Efficacy to Student Learning Motivation.As for the criteria needed in this study, namely Junior High School Students who numbered 82 people, sampling techniques using purposive random sampling techniques. The method used in research is a quantitative method. Data collection tools used in this study scale learning facilities, self-efficacy and motivation to measure respondents' perceptions and opinions about the maturity of Learning Facilities, Self-Efficacy and Learning Motivation. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. From the results of the analysis obtained a double correlation between emotional distress and social support to anxiety amounted to Fhitung 21,639 with a level of significance p<001 means that there is a relationship between learning facilities and self-efficacy together to learning motivation. The results of the partial correlation test of learning facilities with learning motivation when self-efficacy was controlled by 0.084 with a significance level of p<0.001 meaning there was a positive and significant relationship. Furthermore, the results of the semi-partial correlation of self-efficacy to learning motivation when learning facilities were controlled by 0.333 with a significance level of p<0.001 meaning that there was a positive and significant relationship. The ability of learning facility variables to learning motivation by 8.4% and the ability of self-efficacy variables to learning motivation by 33.3%. The level of learning facilities on the subject falls into the high category, the level of self-efficacy in the subject falls into the high category, and the motivation to learn on the subject is very high.
