Abstract
The Covid-19 pandemic has provided opportunities and challenges for human resource development to create human resources capable of adapting to the business sector and the digital economy through knowledge. The purpose of this study is to analyze whether knowledge has a significant effect on motivation, employee productivity and analyze whether motivation has a significant effect on employee productivity. This type of research is quantitative with a sample of 67 respondents consisting of employees of PT. BPR BKK Wonogiri. The research hypothesis was tested using a Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that the P-Value was 0.000 <0.05 or with a t-statistic of 13,314 > 1.96, Ho1 was rejected and Ha1 was accepted, which means that knowledge affects employee productivity. Motivation has an effect on employee productivity with a P-Value of 0.000 <0.05 or a t-statistic of 11,539 > 1.96. Knowledge has an effect on motivation with a P-Value of 0.000 <0.05 or with a t-statistic of 12,534 > 1.96. Obtained an R Square value of 0.608, this means that 60.8% of cultural variation or change is influenced by Knowledge and Motivation, while the remaining 39.2% is explained by other reasons. So it can be said that the R Square on the knowledge variable is moderate.
