Abstract
This study describes the effect of career development and job satisfaction on employee organizational commitment. This research was conducted at the Savings and Loans Cooperative KUD Mintorogo, Demak Regency. The type of data used is quantitative data, the sample used is 60 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling and purposive sampling. Research data sourced from primary data and secondary data. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee organizational commitment.
