Data collection techniques using the method of tests, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative data analysis. The validity of the data using the triangulation method, namely the results of comparison tests and results of interview analysis. The results of the study: students who made reading errors of 0%, comprehension errors of 58.6%, transformation errors of 62.1%, process skills errors of 75.9%, writing errors answers (encoding error) of 82.8%. Factors that cause errors made by students include not being used to studying, low understanding, less thorough, not memorizing formulas and lack of practice questions.
