Abstract
This study discusses the form and content as well as the employment relationship in a Specific Time Employment Agreement. A certain time work agreement between an employer and an employee generally discusses the rights and obligations of the parties in a written agreement. The method used by the author is normative juridical, namely by examining library materials or secondary legal materials, namely examining the form and content of a certain time work agreement and examining the working relationship between the parties in a certain time work agreement. The results of this study can be concluded that this work agreement for a certain time is in accordance with the Manpower Act and has fulfilled the legal requirements of the employment agreement in Articles 1313, 1320, 1601a of the Civil Code and Article 52 paragraph 1 of the Manpower Act and Article 1 paragraph 10 of the Law. -Consumer Protection Act. However, the identity of the parties in this agreement is incomplete and therefore not in accordance with article 54 paragraph 1 of the Manpower Act. The rights and obligations in the agreement have met the requirements in accordance with the Manpower Act and are in accordance with article 1338 of the Civil Code. In accordance with the principle of pacta sun servanda and carried out according to the principle of good faith.
