Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of skills, work experience, and work motivation on employee performance. The type of data used is primary data. Data collection is done by using a questionnaire. The samples taken were SME employees of the Mangosteen Village broom fibers in Dawar Hamlet as many as 90 respondents. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression. The statistical methods used to test the hypothesis are multiple linear regression analysis, statistical t test, F test and R square test. The results showed that work skills and work experience had a significant positive effect, while work motivation had a negative effect on employee performance.
