Abstract
This study aims to describe the performance of the village government in implementing village funds in building public facilities according to Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Village Funds contained in article 72 paragraph 2 in Kedungputri village, Paron district, Ngawi regency. The subjects in this study were the village head, village office staff, and community leaders. Data collection techniques are using interviews and documentation. Validity is done by using triangulation of data collection techniques and triangulation of data sources. Analysis of the data used in utilizing village funds includes three programs, namely bridges, highways, posyandu. The results of this study indicate that the performance of the village government in utilizing village funds in the construction of infrastructure facilities is quite good, because the three programs that the government has created provide enough benefits for the community. The ability of the village government to complete the three programs made quickly and quite well. In this case, there is also a connection with the enactment of Law Number 6 of 2014 which can also be said to be a process of restoring state trust to villages which have been the object of development both from the district and the center. By proving the application of the principle of recognition and the principle of subsidiarity which is a concrete effort in realizing the village. Substantially, Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning villages regulates the position and types of villages, village administration, village and community rights and obligations, village finances and village assets, village development and rural area development. As a new regulation, this village law is always followed by changes or developments that are adapted to globalization.
